I am proud and privileged to serve as Headteacher of a school with such a strong sense of community, care and ambition. Brickhouse’s motto, “Striving to learn, improve and grow together,” reflects the very heart of our school: a place where children, staff, families and governors work together so that every child can flourish.

As Headteacher, my commitment is to build on these strong foundations with high expectations, meaningful relationships and an unwavering focus on ensuring that every child feels safe, known, valued and supported to achieve their very best. I believe that lasting school improvement is built through the small, consistent actions we take every day: one lesson, one conversation, one success and one step forward at a time.
